Hotel comfortable and what you would expect from a budget chain. Felt clean and secure with decent Wi-Fi.
Not luxury and was a bit noisy outside (? celebrating students or casino customers) but perfectly acceptable.
Is a bit of a trek with luggage from the city centre and not a scenic setting (by big road junction and flyover) but good value.

A good functional hotel in a good location for central Leeds and at a reasonable price. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant provides good food. Didn't try the breakfast but there seemed to be a good take-up from the hotel guests.

Very comfortable bed and room but be aware that the hotel has student accommodation to the rear. It can get a bit noisy at night so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
West Street Car Park is in front of the hotel at £8 for 24hrs, download the parking app for easy re-booking if you're staying for a few days. You have to cross a very busy road to get to the hotel from the car park, use the pedestrian crossings at either end of the car park.
Breakfast is good but head into Leeds for evening meal for more choice and variety for your evening meal. The nearest pub with a good choice of ale and food is the Editors Draught about 10 minutes away. Excellent beer, pizza and tapas.

This is a really nice modern hotel. Reception/bar area has quite a cool hipster feel to it. The room had everything I needed perfect comfortable stay. I was here during Leeds festival and expected it to be noisy at night but didn't hear a peep

The hotel was easy to find, some 15 minutes walk from Leeds railway station. Check-in was easy but I don't like they way they have changed how you check-in, using mobile phones instead of old way. The room was a reasonable size and as I was on the tenth floor little in the way of road noise. My dinner was three courses and came to less than £20 and satisfied with the service and the quality of the cooking - with the exception of the chips which were soggy and limp. Breakfast was included in the price and you do get a decent variety and quite nice however I do think they should use better quality bacon. Easy to change the temperature in the room and liked the pillows and bed.
