Great bookstore. Helpful staff able to order something different for me. A member of staff spent a good 10 minutes selecting some children's books.

An amazing bookshop with amazing staff and one of the best coffee shops I've ever been in. For a sweet tooth I'd personally recommend the white chocolate mocha and salted caramel brownie

Lovely cafe inside that is a little unique, large store with lots of choice. Also do a lot if signings and other meetups like a Pokemon playing night etc..

I have never reviewed a shop before but I wanted to review this branch of Waterstones because the staff were so helpful. I had 3 different enquiries and asked 2 different staff members and both knew the books I was referring to and were able to provide additional information. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, I was very impressed.
