So I have been here a few times and the treatments are usually amazing ... prices for couples massage are quite competitive and always leave here with a smile on my face and feeling fantastic.
I booked a massage as part of my birthday celebration with my partner. We paid the £40.00 deposit over the phone and got there On time. 45 mins after our app time we were still waiting. No communication from any of the staff regarding waiting time or to apologise for the delay.
When one of the girls appeared on the floor we asked her when we would be seen and were then advised it would be 3.15. Appt was for 2pm. Couldn't get deposit back as it was paid by card. Was told manager would call to arrange refund @ 5pm. No phone call and still don't know what's happening with deposit.
Like I said usually amazing with great staff and even better treatments but today I was left with a very bad impression of Jasmine Thai. A lot of time wasted on my only day off from work, a large parking bill for nothing and possibly a lost £40 !

I have suffered for years with back pain I have tried multiple solutions from massages, Acupuncture, chiropractors and then decided after so many recommendations to try a traditional Thai massage, I went to another Thai place but wasn't impressed with the staffs attitude or my massage. Decided to try here and what a difference it's made to my life having a pain free back 😊 Everything from the booking system to the staff and the massage is beyond the 5 stars I am extremely happy with the service and can't thank and recommend jasmine Thai enough. Thank you

The best massage in town and very reasonably priced for city centre, parking made it even better and less stress in a busy city centre! Absolutely perfect experience

My Masseuse (I haven't seen her before, we haven't come back in a while) asked about 3 times what exactly is the massage I choose because she truly believe that combination was a Full Body but I just wanted :
1 Head & Shoulder's + 1 Foot Massage (from their Menu on the website)
She made me feel uncomfortable and did not send me good vibration or motivation for the massage coming.
Although Thai massage has a reputation of not being at all a rest, but during a massage the pain must remain acceptable.
The subtility here is to deal with the tensions of the body, or work on inflamed parts or restart a micro-circulation.
Their work is good at this level, I would say that the punishment is bearable but definitely not for people who wants to relax.
On the other hand when massaging a face there is no reason that the massage hurts, it should be pure relaxation. Massage should bring relaxation and well-being.
So I thought the session would end with a soothing note with a pleasant scalp and face massage, I was wrong, the massage was very hard, realized with the bones of the fingers on the top of the face and strong fingers pressures on the vertical ridge at the top of the skull+forehead.
Tip: Book 1 single massage at a time
And not different types of massage for the same session, because the Thai method consists of a global massage that starts from the feet to go up to the scalp.

Had excellent massage possibly the best in the Glasgow staff were lovely and very professional made to feel so relaxed can't wait to go back
