The service was pretty bad, it took about half an hour to get the bill when we had finished our meal and were the only table in the place when we asked for it. It looked like the was three people working, but two of them were just wandering around on their phones, and the other one seemed to be too busy flirting with guys at other tables. There was also a fly in my milkshake and when I mentioned this to the woman I wasn't offered an apology and she implied the fly had gone into it while I had it, rather than being served that way. The food was alright, but not as great as I remember it being, it wasn't even really good enough to make me want to finish my burger. I'd asked for the burger without mayonnaise and when it was brought to me it was pretty clear that it had been put on it then scraped off.

Hmmmm, bit of a mixed bag here. The onion rings are greasy and not very edible and the chips are not the best. The staff seem to wander about doing nothing and can take a while to serve you. The only thing that saves ketchup is the fact that the burgers are probably the best you'll ever eat. Beats every other burger place you'll ever visit.

Service was first class!! Liked the decor & music!! Menu choices were great - old favourites and something new!! Price was at the higher end of the scale but the food fantastic and well worth it!!

Not enough good things can be said about this place. The food is fantastic, couldn't ask for nicer burgers and the 2 for 1 deal makes it even more worth it. Staff are all friendly and service is speedy even when it's relatively busy
