Clean and professional atmosphere at the salon, offerring OK-ish waxing. My problem is that they have never been thorough enough (also considering the price): I've been there 3 times trying 3 different specialists and I always discover areas they missed when I get home. Maybe a sign that staff are generally inexperienced. It is also annoying to get told off for booking an appointment when the hair is not "long enough". The customer is paying for a service, because they need it then and there. A recommendation is ok, but in the end you have to give them the best service possible -- especially when you are priced rather on the higher end.
