They always forget something with the order. One meal was missing. Happens every time. The chicken is Luke warm, the gravy is watery and the chips are pathetic. Won't be back.

Excellent fast service through the drive through, very polite and patient when we were ordering, when paying Gordon was very polite and enthusiastic and genuinely looked like he enjoyed his job. Even offered any sauce's or salt which is a first for any KFC I've ever been to. Great service and and enjoyable experience. Gold star to Gordon :)

No idea why people continue to eat here. The place is absolutely filthy. One guy at the till taking orders. It was quiet so that was ok. No greeting, no smile, no please or thank you. He honestly could not be bothered to be there. Anyway, got the food. All of it cold. How is that even possible if it's fresh? Asked which drink was diet? They got the order wrong, so they had to pour another drink. What a waste. No ice as usual. Got the drinks back to the table and all of the juice started to leak out of the cup. All over my phone. Clearly happens alot as the seats and the tables were sticky. Had to go back up to the counter as they never gave me my dip. Started to have the meal which we had to return as it was freezing. Another meal had to made. Yet more waste.
Had the misfortune to go to the toilet. Wow, I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life for a food place. There is no way that place had been cleaned today. I would doubt it has even been cleaned this week. I for sure will never ever go to this place again. The owner and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Go and have a look at the competition in the main park. They are always busy and more importantly clean. Get your act together. I'm sure environmental health would have a field day.
