first time diner last week friendly atmosphere and pleasant environment..not too crowded or noisy. Rich sauces for pasta and tempting puddings...watch your waistline!

I really enjoyed my visit to Di Gorgio. Everything was reasonably priced and there was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The coffees were well made and the staff attentive and polite.

We ate here last Sunday morning for a spot of breakfast. The food was fantastic, full of interesting tastes - the Boston beans are an interesting take on homemade baked-beans. The americano coffee I had was probably one of the best I've had - rich, not too watery and more like a very good espresso. They do evening meals and I will definitely check them out next time I'm in Edinburgh.

Went here for lunch after a tour of the Botanics and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly, and food arrived quickly. I had one the daily specials; pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta served in a cheese sauce with pears and nuts. They were able to make it without nuts, I wasn't expecting the pears to be good but they worked with the dish really well. Overall good experience would definitely go back.

I've been living in Edinburgh for a year, and this is the best gem for brunch I've come across yet. Absolutely incredible! Friendly staff, excellent cuisine options, quality food and a great atmosphere.
