Gathering Essence have a range of classes but it's the Hot Yoga (taught by the brilliant Johanna and Riku) that has me hooked. They heat the room to a cosy 38 degrees and then lead you through a series of yoga poses that leave you all stretched out (and dripping with sweat!). If you do the hour long class, it always feels much shorter than that – which I take to be a good sign. If normal yoga bores you, then you should definitely give this a go – it feels like a proper work-out and it's nice and warm too!
