Don't go there (especially if you're shy). Yoga instructor is a bully. She will shout at you and throw her books at you (in front of the whole class).

Very special space, great atmosphere.
The methodology has been very beneficial to me at all levels, personally, physically and mentally.
I would recommend DeRose method to everyone.

DeRose New Town is truly a hidden gem. I've been taking classes for 4 weeks now and have never felt so good. Massive thank you to Luciana who is a fantastic teacher and has been so welcoming and encouraging. Onwards & Upwards..!
