Great attention to detail, staff love their roles. Always being made very much at home. The food is out of this world. Breakfast spread plus a la minute- best Haggis. Dinner has a small, fresh menu with all the best of flavour balance.

Very beautiful and classic hotel. Its a beautiful building with an amazing design and interior. The room is very nice and very comfy beds.

Dunstane Houses staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property and rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are updated and well designed. Bar and Restaurant staff are fantastic! I will stay again on my next trip to Edinburgh.

The location was a little far from Arthur's seat, but close enough to make it to the castle if you walk through grassmarket. The real pleasure was its cozy rooms in a local neighborhood of Edinburgh. Its beds were comfortable. It's food was good. But couldn't figure out how the towel heater works.
