I ordered goods on the 20/2/2017 by the 25/2/2017 nothing had been delivered. Attempted to contact the store on numerous occasions but no one replied. I sent an email but no reply. This is not good service. I am not a critical person and consider myself as being reasonable but this service is not acceptable.

Unfortunately, despite the competitive prices, good delivery and positive reports of others' experience the post-sales leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a pair of Airflo Hardwear waders that started to leak through the left stocking boot on the fourth outing. Having contacted Mike's once and then again by email regarding the potential for repair or replacement I have received no reply whatsoever. Poor show.
