I had a very positive experience booking with Michael. He was very helpful, provided a great vehicle and terrific service. The added advantage was we took a bus to their location out of the city where we began our experience driving on the opposite side of the road for the first time. It was much easier than trying to deal with the Edinburgh city traffic.

Awesome little car renting company! Very nice experience. I had to send a mail as I am under 25 to get a quote and it was a very fair price (10£ a day for the 'young driver fee') and around 220£ total for nearly a week in a small car.
The car was nice and we were able to drive all around Scotland to see what we wanted.
10/10 would rent again

We both thoroughly appreciate our experience with Edinburgh Car Rental. The MINI Countryman S was absolutely perfect for the North Coast 500’s winding, mountainous roads - it really became a third member of the trip. Being able to hire the car we wanted made such a difference for our road-trip holiday. The customer experience was excellent, too.

I hired the Mini Convertible for the weekend. It was very easy to pick up and the process very simple. All the instruments etc. were all very well explained. The car itself was a joy to drive - top down or top up. Lots of gadgets too with in car entertainment system choosing our favourite songs to drive home to. For a special occasion or just for a bit of fun I would definitely recommend this car and the Edinburgh Car Rental Company.

Great renting experience, Michael and Graeme are friendly and cooperative people. As young drivers, we chose this company because it did not charge an extremely high young drivers fee, as many other companies do.
We rented the car outside normal office hours, so it was nice that they could arrange for us to pick up the car. Got a brand new and luxurious VW Golf for less than 30 pounds a day (including the young drivers fee).
We had a minor issue with getting back the deposit, but this was solved with one quick email.
