Brilliant restaurant. Food is always excellent. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. If you are in Edinburgh then Fishers must be top of your list if you are eating out.

The most Amazing meal ever. The room was brilliant along with the level of service. The room was clean and spacious. The transport links to the city was brilliant

I honestly had no idea this place existed and in many ways it's not surprising. It's in a nice rejuvenated part of Leith and it itself is tucked away in a corner. The building itself is stunning, the food is lovely and the staff excellent. I highly recommend going for a drink and a bite to eat if you get the chance. It's less of a "pop out for a bite" and more of an event.

Delighted to discover this hotel. I spent a night with my girlfriend, and we loved it.
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the room spacious, well designed and very comfortable.
The day after, I needed to find a workspace to do my job remotely, and the bar has everything I needed: good wifi and delicious coffee.
The staff is super welcoming.
Thank you so much for everything.
