I was very pleased with vets now.The vet herself and assistant were both very understanding.

Took cat in after she showed signs of broken or dislocated leg after my partner stood on her by accident when she ran under his feet. Staff seemed not to bothered about things. 45min wait then took the cat in to the so called veterinary surgeon who spend 2 seconds checking her over said she was fine not kidding about 5mins in all and said she doesn't appear in pain or was not reacting to her leg being manipulated but said he would give her a pain shot anyway which she didn't need i mention the fact he had just said she didn't need it when he had returned from 'rushing of to add fees to my bill' and he said OK i don't think she needs it completely contradicting himself then after 5mins in all, nope nothing wrong cat still limping charged me £130 quid for a 5min consultation without a blink of an eye cats still limping i examined her shoulder and she has a noticeable lump on her right shoulder that moves unlike the opposite side that doesn't have it. going to my vets to have her checked by a trained professional. Absolute rip of and to add insult to injury i noticed there prices on the wall for neutering £85 for a cat its £30 up the road so whats the 55 quid for, ridiculous and there supposed to be a so called charity never ever donating to pdsa money grabbing rip of merchants. They will get there comeuppance if she has a problem after my vet examines her ill take them to the cleaners.
