I went their yesterday for the first time . Staff very friendly but they could of done with more help ,chef kept asking for service . Not sure if run out but proper butter would of been nice as an offer especially with corn on the cob and jacket potato . Cajun chicken was cooked but parts tasted rubbery , did expect more variety from salad bar. If it weren't for my 33% staff discount i would of complained. Altho i will give you a second chance. Hopefully give a five star . kind regards Anna ps checks back would of been great too

Breakfast was good and service was great. Went for dinner I thought the lettuce at the salad bar could be better as it was going to go off. But otherwise great service and okay food for a chain.

Went there for an 18th birth meal with the family and beaver go there again. There seemed to be a fly problem as they was everywhere. Extremely slow service we waited about an hour for our mains (there was about 10 of us) they was nice. Then we ordered pudding and that came fast although they didn't take away the plats from the main meal (we had to place them of the table next to us so we had room to put the puddings) and we had to ask for clean knifes and forks/spoons to eat the pudding with as they didn't bring us any.

Cheap enough for what it is, the food is usually quite good, the choice on the menu is good, with a nice kids menu. The staff are always polite and helpful. The decor is what it is, for the type of place - clean, tidy and well maintained, I've been with and without the kids and family and not really had bad experience and the open kitchen is a novelty.

Waiting at the bar for a drink with only 3 people ahead of me. As my turn approaches, barman went to serve new arrival (made me feel annoyed as I shouldn't have to point out I was next!).
No acknowledgement, no hello, waited a full 15 minutes to get one beer at an empty bar. Couldn't be bothered to ask to lose the massive head on the beer.
Maybe a one off, but failed on my visit.
Nice clean place, nice garden, food smelt great.
