Worst service ever experienced in the UK.
Although the drinks were cold, with a staff count of 3 behind the bar and client count of 4 there is no situation where waiting to be served should take 30+ minutes.
One of the staff took over 20 minutes to make an elderly gentlemen's daquri - revisiting an empty bottle of rum on 3 occasions before remembering to change it for new.
In fact this place is so consistently poor that it's worth making a visit just to see how not to run a bar.
Bar snack was tasty.

Quite disappointing, went in with high expectations having been told it was a decent chain. First choice was sold out, second choice had to go back as a medium rare was like a well done. Replacement was rare, but was so hungry I went with it. Waitress was good about the situation, offered my colleague a replacements too. The replacement did come quickly to be fair.
Seems like they have a lot to develop but could be great. Quality of meat is a bit questionable.

Absolutely brilliant! If I could give more I would! Lee our waiter, went beyond the call of duty, as did the restaurant manager, when our table was given to, excuse me for the next bit, snotty arsed cow who refused to wait 10 minutes for a table! Learn some manners, this was my wedding anniversary, but the quick thinking staff accommodated us amazingly, can't wait to visit you all again, nothing was to much trouble, please visit here, it really is amazing ☺☺☺

It's a steakhouse.
There are other meats available but the emphasis is on beef. Beef served a la American so don't expect much in the way of veggies.
Being official group dustbin I got to try most of the dishes we ordered and they were good, some very good. The burgers were excellent and were in essence just beef and a little salt.
There is no attempt at fine dining but it was none the worst for this. Certainly the staff, though predominantly young, were well trained and did their jobs extremely well. Despite being busy it wasn't noisy so conversation was possible.
If you like meat, beef in particular, give it a go.
We recently tried to return but they refused to take an advanced booking despite having agreed to a few weeks earlier. It almost ruined the 70th birthday party we were planning to hold there but a nearby establishment took our booking at very short notice and did an excellent job for us.
Guess where we will be going next time!

I recently ate here and really enjoyed my meal. I ordered too much but it was all very delicious. Will be coming back. The price is good especially since I can get cash back here with my nationwide card (simply rewards).
