RUDE......
Had a meal last week, we live in CV2, but managed to find us after a long phone conversation. Tonight we have friends to dinner and thought we would order again. Apparently they can't find our address and in the end they put the phone down on me! I'm just glad that in this economic climate that they are so successful that they can turn down a £60 order. Unless you live near enough to get your own food, then don't bother!

Cancelled my order after making me wait an hr and didn't even tell me, I had to ring them - their response/customer service was ridiculous

Sticky flooring and Precook rice. Unfortunately checked out afterwards terrible food hygiene rating. Advice is to check with food standards sites before purchasing. Will not be using again, however bad news is due to the location nearest alternative is 15 minutes away by car.
