Do not buy a car from Sutton park after sales team is terrible getting rid of Renault captur due to very very poor service treatment please please keep clear .
I would not give them any stars they are poor be warned.
Would never buy a Renault car again .

Absolute terrible customer service. Was told my car would be ready by 5pm after a service and mot- received a phone call at 5.15pm to say my car was not in a drivable condition because they were missing a part. I was already on my way to them at 5.15pm, so this information was useless to me.The missing part was for something they were fixing as part of a product recall. As they knew this part was out of stock (they told me this) I dont why they attempted to fix it leaving me without a car to drive home in, or get to work in the next morning, or a car to get back to the garage in after work. I'd have brought the car back to them on a day when they did have the part if theyd bothered to tell me the problem. They made no effort to ensure I had a means of transport for the next day and seemed to think a call 15 mins after I was due to pick the car up was adequate notice. I will not be coming back. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with this branch. When paying a premium for a service at a branded garage, I expect good customer service and this branch has none. Don't take your chances and buy from this branch. I've had trouble both times I've come for a service.

Absolutely appalled with the customer service, been a Renault customer for over seven years and my clutch slave cylinder has gone, can't get my car in for over a week, haven't got a courtesy car until nearly September and won't look at the car unless it's taken in as a recovery!!! So basically if I pay for a recovery and then I've got to pay through the nose for the car to be fixed and in the meantime I'm carless and cannot get to work - two buses and two trains without a car. Therefore needless to say I will be getting rid of my car and most definitely will not ever be a Renault customer again! Another week to go to see how much they try to charge me but imagine it will be a joke. A bit like Renault really.

A wide choice of quality cars on offer. We found it refreshing that we weren't pestered by over zealous salespeople as soon as we arrived. We were able to look around all the cars, inside and out at our own pace with no pressure.

Great car and friendly staff but waiting area for car service has no complimentary drinks machine and you have to pay for use of a courtesy car.
