Maybe I'm a sore loser but the condition of the lanes or at least lane 1 and the lanes I could see from it was very poor condition. The place, particularly the lanes, seems tied and in need of refurbishment. On the plus point £3.50 for chicken burger and chips does seem good value. They should probably consider dynamic pricing as well, I'm pretty sure it could have been fuller during the day at half term at the right price.

Great time until one of the staff members was extremely rude to me and who I was with by manhandling us by pushing our arms away and grabbing them when on a machine trying to cancel the game when they had asked us to, especially when we hadn't done anything wrong and were acting respectfully. Quite disgusted with how unprofessional they were, hope in the future that can be sorted with teaching some employees more respect towards customers.

Coventry Tenpin - Not my favourite place anymore.
We love playing table tennis and booked one for an hour. When we were told that it was relocated to the tiny open space in front of the reception right next to the entrance, we were no longer keen, we requested to swap it with snooker game and were refused bluntly. we also requested for any other swap, but the answer was the same. The staff member was really rude, when we told her that this is a health hazard too. Wondering if there are any approvals taken for this arrangement.

Great family entertainment. I come here quite often with the children. Check on line before booking for the latest offers and discounts. As it's expensive some times if you just turn up to bowl. It does get very busy on the days when they have offers running so I would recommend booking your lane first. There are things to do if you do have to wait for a lane. They have laser quest , arcade games, pool tables, A food outlet , and bar. There are party packages available for bowling and for laser quest.

We booked bowling so that we didn't have to wait. It was very busy, but the staff were very friendly and didn't rush us.
We booked the meal deal, the burgers and chips were hot and arrived really quickly. The nachos however were rock hard and looked like the cheese had been on them all day. There were 2 layers...the top one was fresh and the bottom one was stale! We didn't complain, but wouldn't have them again.
