Very helpful and know their stuff.a quick video analysis of me in my current trainers showed what was wrong with them, tried on tested and was analysed some more until a perfect pair were found.

As a complete running novice, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Took their time explaining the various different types of running shoes and helped me choose a very comfortable pair of shoes.

This is a excellent specialist shop that I would highly recommend to any runner. I spent over an hour with the staff member there, trying out different options with the video gait analysis and working out the right pairs of shoes for running and cross country. Both fit like a glove and have been ideal for my needs. No pressure to buy a particular brand or the most expensive option - they do well with repeat custom from happy customers!
