Very bad experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. Crispy noodles were not crispy, egg fried rice looked like it was cooked yesterday, lemon chicken was cold and tasteless. Waste of time and money! My daughter loves Chinese takeaway but she could not eat anything there and left feeling hungry. Very disappointed.

I cannot fault the service or the food here, it was excellent. The decor is good with big palm trees & a beautiful chinese style water feature with koi carp. It's spacious but has subtle lighting. The food was really fresh & superb (I highly recommend the fish) & the menu extensive with different choices to the normal basic Chinese restaurants. The service too is excellent, our waitress was happy to recommend dishes she thought we might like (we'd mentioned that we used to live in malaysia) I Highly recommend Fai's.
