Very poor!!!!! Ordered food arrived reasonably quick however was cold and I mean very cold. Called to complain, even offered to face time my finger in the soup!!! I asked if I could bring it back and the answer I got was very rude "actually it is not!"
All ended up in the bin which was the safest and best place for it!

Ordered takeaway. Arrived late cold and with missing items. Complained and told missing dishes would be delivered ASAP. Arrived an hour later also cold. So summing up cold inedible food delivered late. First time I have ever had chicken balls with no chicken. When phoned to ask for money back they suddenly didn't understand English.

Ordered food on Just Eat, once the order was delivered one item of food seemed to be wrong. After calling up to explain their mistake I was spoken to in an extremely rude manner and was refused the option of a refund, was given the option to go and collect the right order along with paying the full amount. Was spoken in a really rude manner and will not be ordering from them again.

Food was alright, but staff were extremely rude. Ordered with friends, one who is a vegetarian. Ordered through the Just Eat app and have never had any issues with Just Eat but Saffron seemed to as our chow mein contained chicken, when the description did not explain that there would be meat. We phoned up and explained this, to only be shouted at by a rude man. He said we would have to pay for a new chow mein when we explained we did not want the chicken chow mein. After spending almost £40 on their food, we thought that they would have the decency to apologise but just blamed Just Eat and said we would have to go through them. Utterly disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
To reply to your response, on the option of the 'Popular' the chow mein description states 'thinly sliced seasonal vegetables stir fried with noodles' and automatically adds to the basket with no meat option.
