We will be eternally grateful for the care they gave our Dog when seriously ill and help aid his recovery. Fantastic always answering our calls and sympathetic to our concerns.

The receptionist was extremely rude, they gave us an appointment time - were 20 minutes late and didn't feel the need to let us know what was happening or apologise.
Because they're an out of hours service they know you have no other choice so they don't need to try to be polite and can charge as much as they want.
