Fun and informative.
Free entry but a contribution is worth it to see a well laid out and run museum detailing an almost forgotten part of Gloucester's history.
The planes and plane part are in beautiful condition with informative labelling and displays. The staff, all volunteers, are genuinely enthusiastic.

Free entry makes this a must visit with small children, although making a donation is recommended. Plenty of planes and the outdoor area overlooks the airfield with loads of aviation activity to watch!

Really good value for what it is and the volunteers are awesome. It's probably not for understanding 8s just because there is a lot of reading. The volunteers here are the ones that make it though
