We called into this pub/restaurant last night after our sat nav diverted us off the M4 due to a motorway section being closed, we were on our way back to West Wales after a few days stay in Budapest. All I can say is that we were so pleased we stopped here.Unfortunately we were too late for food but the filtered coffee and the open log fire was lovely all set in a comfortable surrounding.We did take a quick look at the Menue and it looked great, and certainly from a gourmet perspective don't think it would disappoint any pallet.Last but not least was the reception we received on arrival, the two ladies in the bar were so nice, helpful & friendly nothing was too much trouble for them and were eager to please, for which we sincerely thank them. We will certainly be calling back there again in the near future and having a full meal, if the food is as good as the reception we both received on our first visit, and I'm sure it will, we both will be delighted. I've also mentioned this establishment to our friend's on my FB wall.

Came for lunch today for the first time omg will definitely be back could not fault it , very clean ,very friendly and welcoming staff , service was excellent and the lunch we had was excellent ( we went for the starters and main ) but ended up having a desert also oops thank you for a very enjoyable lunch see you soon

We were a group of 5 meeting midway from our homes on a Sunday lunch time; so a fairly busy day for the restaurant.
The owners were friendly and accommodating for our needs.
The appearance and ambience is lovely, the staff cheerful, friendly and helpful. The menu choices are varied and appetising - and our lunches were fresh, tasty, nicely presented and we did not leave disappointed in any way. Thank you!
