have just been charged £85 for parking as we stayed over the 4 hr time limit by 24 minutes due to my heavily pregnant wife being sick in bk..any ideas how to contact the management here?

Here is a pizza hut, asda, mother care, boots, next halfords, pets at home, ikea, burger king, and a waitrose. Right next to a tesco and a petrol station.
