Roast potatoes taste like baby milk, parsnips anaemic, yorkshire pudding not a yorkie more like a strange cake, pork not stuffed & overcooked all served luke warm for £12.95! Domt bother! And if you want to watch football and hear it also dont bother!

Great Location but terrible prices. I was charged £6.15 for a pint of the cask guest ale. Avoid at all costs!

Traditional bar which has a lot of versatility to it, serves good food at a reasonable price. Has offers on at various days of the week. I had a risotto there which was splendid. The drink choice there is decent and there is something there for everyone. They play live music and have bar games. Bar snacks are vast and of good quality.

Great little pub. Dog-friendly! Good food at standard prices. Great ales and regular guest ales. Loads of TV's for live sports events, but they all get hidden away behind framed pictures when there's no scheduled event on which keeps a nice cosy pub feel to the place!
