Don't order from there website it takes the order does all the right things even gives you proof of tracking the order,I waited for a hour and 15 mins order still didn't arrive so called them and they didn't know anything about my order....VERY DISSAPOINTED !! WASTE OF TIME !!

Pizza was great. Chicken wings - completely burnt. We tried to contact them by online chat but gave up after 15 mins with no response. Ordered from 152 Gloucester Rd.

Very poor!! Customers beware only pay by card. Delivery drivers are thieves. My take out required £7.32 change driver failed to offer my husband who went to door not knowing cost. No change and drove off.
Im furious!! Called shop and staff didn't give a monkeys. Unprofessional, impolite thieves!!!

Maybe the fast delivery is the only advantage that deserves to praise. Except that, the food almost sucks.
The pizza is cold when delivered so that the base is soft like the cotton. It tastes like a frozen pizza which just heated by the microwave.
And as you can see on the picture, there is only few toppings on it, which makes the edge tastes terrible. The topping is over charged.
Moreover, the chicken wings is very tiny, and disgusting as well as as its ice cream and cake.
By the way, why so my chocolate cake become the strawberry one?
