Not usually a huge fan of Chinese takeaways but really enjoyed this. Arrived when it was supposed to. Loads of delicious food. And comes in cardboard pots instead of throw away plastic containers, which makes a nice change.

If im honest i am quite annoyed with hotcha, I was told my food would take 45mins and with other takeaways they're usually sooner than they say. I waited over an hour and half for my food I was hoping it would of been quick and easy, by the time the food came I was too tired to even eat it. I would not order from there again!!!

I have ordered twice, the food has been ok. I was hoping the 2nd order might have been better because prior to the Liberty Lane takeaway I used to order and get deliveries from the city centre Hotcha - the difference in these 2 places is for me a 5 for City centre Hotcha and a 3 for liberty lane, which is a shame.
If your looking for warm, good quantity, ok quality then you cannot go wrong - if you want something a little more tasty then the other Hotcha is better in my opinion.

One of the worst experiences to date, if I could give zero stars I would. It took over 35mins to guide the delivery driver from one end of the street to the other whilst being accused that we were wrong and did not know where we lived. When he arrived he was unapologetic and tried to laugh it off, very unprofessional. I think he was possibly illiterate as there was clear instructions on the receipt when we finally received our order....... which was cold. We were also in contact with the people at Hotcha where I had to explain to them that the points above were not examples of great service, we were eventually given 50% off which was good. When we went to tuck into our meal we found that one of our mains were missing, we called up Hotcha again to have the phone put down on us the first time and left on hold for a good 5mins the second time, we explained that one of our mains were missing and was promised that one would be sent out ASAP. Whilst waiting we tucked into our chicken wings starter to find that they were raw. Another phone call to Hotcha with the obligatory 5min hold time, we spoke to the Line manager who was very apologetic and said she would add a new batch of wings to be sent with our missing main which should arrive in 15-20mins. The food arrived 40mins later and the second lot of chicken wings were as raw as the last. To shed some light on the overall wait time I ordered at 7.30pm and ate my meal at 9.50pm, Hotcha is approximately 6mins away by car!!!! All in all a terrible experience which was not helped by the poor quality of food. I will never order from them again, it truly ruined our night.
