Very friendly, professional Iyenga yoga studio. It suits me well because I buy a card of sessions that persuades me to go regularly to classes but I don't have to commit to a particular session. This means I can chop and change classes depending on when I'm available. I have experienced at least 5 of their teachers so far and have been thorougly pleased with all of them. It's great that all the equipment is just there so I can just turn up and be ready to go.

This is an amazing centre. Seriously good teaching but warm and welcoming too. You don't have to sign up to a series of classes at the same time every week so its great if you work irregular hours or want to go more often. Its streets ahead of any other classes I have ever been to, and I would rather travel some distance to attend Yogawest for its quality, than poor teaching closer to home.
