This is a departure from your regular chain gym. It has a huge free weights area and all the cardio stuff too. It's more of a rough and ready
gym but in a good way and they've just started doing classes (spin is a killer!)

If you're looking for a fancy gym than this is not for you. This gym is for lifters both beginners and advanced. It's a no frills attached gym. I would say the changing facilities could be better. Other than that it does the job.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Would highly recommend having a lawyer present when signing the membership contract. Cannot be canceled after the time period specified, staff are extremely unhelpful with payments and all in all worst experience I have ever had at a gym. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS GYM!!
