Well where should I start. On a positive note the Tour guide was good. Apart from that nothing went well. The coach driver was rude and shouting on people. One of the guy as we left coach on ferry came late. Driver had a proper go at him. The coach driver shouted for atleast 20 minutes this was the first instance going towards france.

As mentioned on the tour. The coach should have been provided from one place to another for transportation. Every person on trip was forced to make their way to hotel themselves. No coach was provided on saturday after a long day in Paris. Which was never mentioned on trip itinerary. Two of the tours was merged Paris city breaks and Paris disney land. The coach dropped in the morning by Eiffel tower we were supposed to be pick up by the coach at 1.20pm so no surprise no coach again. Then again we have to go onto metro to go to Palace of Versailles.

After spending 3-4 hours in Versailles all people again has to take metro to get to coach which was waiting in Disney world 2hours approximately on metro to reach coach. So we ended in Paris disney land around 11pm on sunday night. On the trip which is mentioned on tour radar specifically said the tour will end in london on sunday night at 11pm or early hours on monday. We reach London on monday morning at 7.30.

Nothing was mentioned in the starting of tour and tour guide told us on sunday when you can't even change anything to be honest. While reaching dover every passenger has to take their luggage for inspection one of the girl on tour forget about the luggage the bus driver literally shouted at her. Rather then saying or asking her to collect her bag for going through.

Honestly I have never seen such a bus driver who shouts at people it was totally disgusting. I hope UK study tour take this review seriously. The two tours merged in one without any information to the passengers and forced to wait for wait for people to comeback to UK and the time schedule mentioned was a joke. It was supposed to be completed in the night but the tour finished at 7.30am. The way tour operated was totally absurd. Not happy at all. Don't think I would ever go again with UK study tours

I found Edinburgh and the Highlands so beautiful that it almost compensate for the very poor tour. First of all the bus was terrible. Taking into account that we were going to do a 9 hour journey I wasn't expecting to have a bus with no toilet and very hard seats, which made sleeping on the overnight journey impossible.
Secondly the tour guide had no profile to be a guide. He was always rushing us and didn't seem that he enjoyed what he was doing. We didn't listened to our suggestions and was a big disorganized.
The hotel were we stayed in was 1 hour away from Edinburgh. The hotel was nice and clean, however if you don't plan to go on the Highlands tour you are in the middle of nowhere. Some people had to walk 1,5 hours to get to the station so they can go back to Edinburgh on the Sunday. Also, if you are planning to go out and see Edinburgh at night forget it.
Seeing the Highlands was what made this tour worth it. However, we spend more time inside the bus, travelling around, and only had 5-10 minutes in each stop to enjoy the views and take some pictures. In the afternoon we spend 2 hours in a Whiskey distillery (not worth it) when we only had 10 minutes to get out of the bus and see the Loch Ness. I would prefer not to go to the distillery and have time to explore the mountains and really take in the beautiful scenery.
On the return journey we didn't stop anywhere interesting to visit. We stop at a souvenir shop (there were plenty in Edinburgh so this was a waste of time), at service stations and in a little village with very little to see.
Please be aware that in the end this is not a 4 day tour. You have 2 days to visit the city/highlands and the other time you spend travelling.

The best tour I've ever been on!!!! Paris was superb. The tour guide Richard was fantastic - extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend booking with UK Study Tours *****

Great value for money student tours. Lots of choice of destinations. Nearly all the tours go ahead and rarely are cancelled due to low sales or coach supplier problems. Operate out of many cities in the south of England including Bournemouth, London and Oxford.

Trip to Oxford Windsor and Eton cancelled while we were travelling. Left in Thorpe Park for 5 hours pretending it was a nice place. Never again.
