Very rude and unhelpfull on the phone.i can only hope that well i am older.i will have good enough mananers to jump in front of a bus.some pepole can be so rude to carry on liveing.

We used the spa this morning - some lovely treatments in the couples package, however the place itself feels like it is trying to be super-classy, but they just didn't have the money to do it out properly. Veneer is peeling everywhere and the setting is really strange. Out "light lunch" was a salad served in the bar, while we were in our robes - felt quite surreal. That said, the hot stone massage was fantastic, as was the scalp massgae!
