i ordered a cheeseburger, large fries and some pepsi max, it took a while because they had alot of orders too, it was worth it, the burger was very filing and the chips were crispy and moist, would order again

i have used smileys numerous times , but after my experience today , will have to seriously think about using again.
I have been informed it is under new management , but if this what to expect , then I definitely will not be using again.
I ordered my food , asked for a home delivery , was told my food would arrive within 45 minutes of ordering , 1 hour and 10 minutes of phoning , I had to phone again , to enquire about my order , was told the driver had left 20 minutes previous , when I did receive my order it was cold , and I had to put it the microwave .
I have never had to this before , with any takeaway ,at any place .
