A 2 hour wait don't don't do it. Anywhere else. Not from here I beg u arrived and it was the worst takeaway I ever had. Even the normal Chinese classics were awful and I'm really not fussy. Honestly INEDIBLE. Call somewhere else. I had to throw it away. And I was STARVING

My friends and I ordered through hungry house last Friday. Half an hour after the eta I gave them a call, I was mostly concerned that perhaps they hadn't received our order as this has happened with hungry house before. I gave the man on the end of the phone my address and was half way through saying it's half an hour after the time it was meant to arrive and I just wanted to check my order had been received when he interrupted shouting at me "do you want it or not?" I was stunned into silence at both the rudeness of this interruption and the volume of it. He then hung up on me. I phoned back wanted to know why I had just been shouted at for asking a perfectly reasonable question, this time was a torrent of shouting by the same man who hung up on me for a second time. My boyfriend then phoned up, wanted to know why this man had shouted at me and hung up on me twice. The same man then shouted at him and hung up on us for a third time. The behaviour of this man was completely appalling. If I was able to rate him accurately there would need to be a negative star.

The company advertises as closing at 00:00 Sunday night. I ordered a take away at 23:20 which went through and i called to confirm this would be delivered. After 45 minutes i rang to check with no answer. An hour passed, no food. After an hour and a half went by i cooked something else by which time the food arrived cold without apology. Never again from this place.

This use to be a great chinese when it first opened. Haven't been for years as I live in a different part of town. Unfortunately like most chinese takeaways now all the sauces were generic, probably bought in massive bottles. No flavour far too sweet and meat was very poor quality. All the starters seem to be out of a low quality pack and deep fried. Shame.....use-to-be great

Easily the worst food I've ever eaten. I had beef chow mein and the beef was slimy and disgusting, it had a layer of jelly on it for some reason. Completely inedible. The dim sum tasted like wet dog somehow. Absolutely foul. Don't eat here.
