Brighton Tandoori

In all my 29 years, I have never once not liked a curry, if even just a little. Today the Brighton Tandoori have however achieved the impossible. I had delivered a sloppy vegetable soup the was trying to pass for a rogan Josh, a madras of such an alarming colour and texture it's didn't appear edible (on further inspection it was discovered not to be) , a keema naan that was fresh from the freezer that had risen like a cake and to top of this culinary delight in a small sweating bag four paper weights that at no point in their existence resembled onion bahjis!

Just Eat messed up our order but Brighton Tandoori was so helpful really quick once we told them the problem, amazing food and lively staff thank you!

i always eat their i find the prices really good and the food is really nice the portions are a nice size too !!
the delivery time is standard like most take aways 45 mins!!!

I was looking forward to night in with some friends, a movie and a takeaway.
I ordered from the Just-eat website which promised delivery within 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes i recieved a phone call stating that the order had just been recieved and the food would be with me within 20 minutes, suffice to say it wasnt, 20 minutes later i called and they said they had phoned me 20 minutes ago and told me that the food would be late, they had actually called 45 minutes earlier, i shrugged it off and thought ok il wait.
It was an hour and a half after i had ordered and the food still had not come, i called again, i was repeatedly told different times and information regarding my order, none of which were correct.
Eventually, 2 hours after order my food arrived.... overcooked but cold.
All in all very unimpressed by the service. Will not use service again and i urge others to do the same.
