Be aware if you book online your car might not be there when you want it and it might not be the type of car you booked. Staff very friendly. Online booking system might not be up to scratch.

Fast friendly staff and the car was fine. No real complaints. It is tricky getting in and out as it is smack in the centre next to the shopping centre so parking is a challenge. Recommended if you are arriving in Brighton by train as it is only a 10 minute walk downhill.

They haven't been able to confirm the address even if previously rented a car with the sane card and address and they let down 5 of my guys that had to go to work in London.
And they didn't try to give me another solution possible, just keep repenting they sane things.

Twice I rented, good service.
However both times deposit was refunded very late only after I called them and asked to look into it. Cheeky
