Bar was not well kept, food was the same quality as a fish and chip store, glass was filthy and ice had food frozen into it. Overall there was nothing that would make me come back.

Disappointed this time. Used to LOVE going to Victoria's Bar. We were regular visitors to Brighton and always headed straight to Victoria's as a start to our trip (returning each afternoon, for a couple of hours). We loved the atmosphere with the interesting ceiling and the comfy, welcoming sofas. We'd been unable to go for almost a year so we're really looking forward to our trip this month. So disappointed to find all of the sofas gone and replaced by the usual tables and chairs. Obviously, this allows for more customers...you can get more people around the tables...but it completely changes the whole feel of the place. Felt just like any other bar. Such a shame. The sofas were part of what made Victoria's appealing and different...sigh!

The drinks were relatively fairly priced, the terrace was very enjoyable. The decor is lovely and quaint and there is a variety of drinks to choose from.

We had to leave Horacios just up the pier as they decided to switch the football off at half time (nice, thanks) so went to this place instead. The staff were lovely and they even put the footy on for us. The decor is nice and their cake is even nicer!
