Went to pick up my daughters bike after it being repaired. Staff were friendly enough but bike department is upstairs..no lift to take bikes up - down! Stupid plave for the bike department and nobody offered to carry it down for me.

Absolutely awful..
Purchased a bike for my 12 yr old son he had it 2 weeks and the derailer clamp snapped took it back to Bridgend Halfords to be told that we would have to pay. We took the bike to an independent reptuble bike repair shop only to be told that the gears and brakes were all set up wrong hence why the derailer clamp broke.
Wouldn't buy so much a a bike pump from them again

Bad experience at Bridgend bike department, after waiting nearly 4 months for just a bike wheel, another place has got me one next day with no problem, want use them to order parts again!
