we got on the coach and it smelt like someone had wee'd all over the bus im not sure if its due to them having a toilet on the coach but even if that's the case it should be cleaned

Needed a coach last minute as another company (i wont mention) had let me down. Spoke to Gill at J & B Travel and she was brilliant. She managed to get me a coach for the next day and it was actually cheaper than what the previous company had quoted even though it was last minute. I can't recommend them enough.
