PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have used this company for Umrah in April 17. They charged me £700 for tickets. They issued the ticket before getting the visa, they have messed up with the visa application and as a result I didn't get the visa on time. They told me that the ticket is not refundable, so I lost £700 in addition to 6 days of annual leave wasted and being not able to go on time I have missed staying with my family over in Saudi and performing Umrah. There was also lots of lies , disrespect and blackmailing from the staff in this rubbish company.
Fortunately I managed to go last minut after I took my passport from them and gave it to anoth company which issued the visa in only 5 working days.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Would not even give them 1 star but no choice.
I originally went onto Kenya airlines to price tickets & filled in an enquiry form. Within 15 minutes I was called. I booked my flight all the while thinking I was speaking to the airline but it was this mob.I was told only a £100 deposit was needed to confirm the flight with payment due once confirmation was sent. Never received it so phoned Airline with the ref number given on the phone, never heard of me. PANIC cancelled card & phoned the number on my mobile. Various phone calls to different people & confirmation sent. Twice I tried to pay the balance twice & was told by an Alfard (very rude) to phone back in January. Did this but they booked me the wrong flight. They wanted nearly £100 extra for my original flight since I paid in instalments, which I never wanted to do in the 1st place.Told them I wanted my money back & he said it can take up to 3 months or pay £10-£15 bank charges for payment within a week. Under duress I have done this & money is back but in 2 instalments with a £15 charge on each. NOT HAPPY & am reporting this company.

J&S Travel received 2219.20 USD via wire for ticket reservations and did not return any of it after cancelling my tickets. I purchased 2 tickets to Sierra Leone for a trip to LHR to FNA on Thursday July 14, 2016 via phone and wired the money and they admitted receiving the money on Monday July 18th but had cancelled my tickets because they said they I did not correspond with them via email even though I called them that same day and told them the money had been sent.
Since then and numerous emails and phone calls they still refuse to send me my refund. They initially told me they did not have any reservations for the original flight after cancelling my tickets but a colleague of mine was on that flight and there were several seats available.
I have many emails saying they were sending me the money and have yet to receive anything.
I WOULD NOT EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN AND IN THE PROCESS OF LITIGATION WITH THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK1
