Having visited your establishment on a number of occasions and enjoyed my experience, it is with regret that I am having to conduct this negative message/review today.
I visited the restaurant with my wife at 14.30, the restaurant was relatively quiet, however I was given an uncomfortable corner seat, my wife is heavily pregnant and therefore I decided to move to one of the empty seats for her comfortability, when the waiter came to take the order he was disgusted at our seat change without permission and didn't hide the fact he was, having been subjected to a barrage of verbal abuse, my wife and I left the establishment and decided to take our custom to somewhere it would be more appreciated and the waiter watched us walk out with a look of disgust.
Your Facebook page states you are award winning, customer service is a key to ascertaining awards and I am afraid to say that I shall not be visiting your establishment and be passing on my thoughts to all my friends and family.

just got back from a beautifull meal with my wife food service evrything absolutely first class will defanitly be going back soon

Just got home from a fantastic experience. The food was beautiful the staff professional and polite and the restaurant clean and tidy. The food portions were great and very reasonably priced. Thank you

I am very disappointed and quite angry about my experience with Zouks. Straight away the atmosphere seemed tense and a little uncomfortable between waiters. This was illustrated through the communication between themselves. The first table we were seated on was rocky and surface both looked and felt dirty/sticky. We ordered poppadoms and the waiters bought out some dips off their own accord. If we knew how much they charged we would have refused straight away! Then charging £5 for a bottle of water again, if we were made aware of prices for such little quality we would have gone elsewhere!
The bill was huge, too much for such little quality and service. When questioning the waiters on the food decisions THEY made for us, they blamed management and then all seemed to disappear. I feel robbed! Will never be going again and deffo wouldn't recommend!!

Went to this place for the first time with my children. Furniture was sticky and the table was unstable so I requested another seating area. Food came out at different times so by the time my daughters meal arrived my son and I had eaten. The bill shocked me as they had charged £4.95 for a bottle of WATER yes and £1.50 for the usual tiny dips on the table. I had not had any warning charges on this. When I questianed this the staff just told me it was management. This place is over rated and the portions are tiny. Staff need training on customer service and need to take responsibility instead of blaming management for everything. What a waste of time and money. Robbing theives.
