This is a very good place to shop, there are several well-known such as Holland & Barrett, Sports direct. There are a few eating places, such as Costa & Greg's plus a Tesco.

We like The Swan shopping centre, a place to recharge batteries i e. Food / drinks and just benches to rest and a fair selection of shops. We go because of using Tesco but always visit other shops and centre stalls.

Great place to come and shop. Nice selection of stores to choose from. Late night shopping, free and spacious car park. Well laid out and easy to get to and several other major chains on the same site. A few eating and coffee places.

Brilliant place to shop. Good offers. Decent selection of shops even a key cutting service. Great for parking too.

My experience at the swan shopping centre in Birmingham was me and my parents went to sports direct the shop was huge and had almost everything. When we got there we were met with a vastly coloured array of items like footballs, shoes, jackets and general sports gear. The service here was fast. The waiting time in cues was around 2 mins but that could be improved to make this shop the perfect experience for me.
