Burnt hairs in my pizza caught in my mouth twice, which went straight in the bin.
Chicken fillet wrap was full of ketchup.
Never again. Will go dominos pizza next time.

Went there ordered a kebab and got home to discover they had only put 2-3 strips of donner in it! Disguised the rest with salad! Joke

Ordered a delivery from them which contained an incorrect item. Contacted the store and they said they tried to contact me to tell me that the item I ordered was unavailable, however no missed calls or messages on phone. I was then told a driver would be out to exchange the item in the next couple of hours and no one turned up. Poor customer service and I won't be returning

Horrendous we ordered a 20" pizza with BBQ chicken ham and pepperoni and a bottle of tango we received a correct pizza size however the toppings we received were tandoori chicken pineapple and ham and a bottle of Pepsi one of the people who was eating the pizza had an alergy to pinapple and when we rang to complain the response we got was that it was our fault and there was nothing they could do! Will never be ordering from here again after spending £17 we were left with one person unable to eat it because they got our order wrong and somehow this was our fault!
