Self contained apartments. Ideal if you want to drink or eat any time of the day, you simply do it yourself.

Stayed in the City Nites Serviced Apartments weekend just past, and wasn't as impressed as I was with the pictures on the website. We arrived the Friday, only to find the room we were allocated was not at all ready for visitors, so had to be moved. The room we were moved to was slightly better but not great, as the shower wasn't working so maintenance had to come up to change the shower head, there was no toilet roll in the bathroom and no complimentary toiletries as suggeseted on website, we had to request for toilet rolls, extra bed sheets and clean towels on our way out the Friday night, but found we still had to call reception the Saturday morning for toilet rolls, bed sheets, clean towels and kitchen cleaning cloths, not sure you can call these Serviced apartments, when we spoke to reception to request the items we needed we were told that the rooms are not attended to on a daily basis, and you get clean towels every 5 days (if your staying 5+ days). The fridge door seal was coming away, decoration in the apartment can do with replacing. Landing Carpeting can do with a good shampooing, the room was not as we expected, blinds in the one bedroom broken, heater in the other room not working, socket coming away from wall. The most disappointing thing was the parking, you have to pay £10 per day to park within the property, but your not told parking is available after 6pm on the parking meters on the surrounding roads, but my point is why do you have to pay for parking within the property when you are a guest staying at the property. No tea or coffee in the rooms, so make sure you bring your own for a hot drink in the mornings when you wake up. I must say it would have been better staying in a hotel, as you do get the basics in your room for what you pay, here you pay for the apartment and then you still have to shell out to provide drinks etc in the room.
Rooms definitely need an overhaul in decoration to even resemble the photos on the website.
Nearly forgot to mention, if you leave anything in the rooms and call them to retrieve it, good luck with that, as I forgot my Fit bit charger in the room (my fault I know), but you would think this is a trust worthy company and you could call up and they have the item left in forgotten property, well that is not the case, they claim they did not find it in the room, although I know that is where I left it, and I am still waiting for the manager to call me back, its been 3 days now that I have been calling them. So needless to say, I will not be staying there again, and will definitely not be recommending them to others.

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Very central. Close to most attractions. Safe car parking.

Excellent place to stay if visiting the Arena. Clean tidy and well maintained. Will definitely stay there again

Very good value for money - stayed in a clean and spacious apartment. The only complaint I'd have is that it was really warm and there was no air conditioning/fans. However there was unusually warm weather at the time so it's probably not an issue 99% of the time.
