Visited the hotel as part of a business trip. The room we had booked out for the day was clean and comfortable with good projectors for our presentation. The only area I would fault is we had multiple issues with the microphones cutting out or loosing power repeatedly during presentations which understandably annoyed or distressed our presenters. The food and drink supplied was of a high quality and the staff were friendly and helpful

Beautiful building with great facilities for professional events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served for lunch was incredible.

A nice no frills hotel for business visitors. Do not expect any outstanding luxuries. The rooms feature no mini bar, no complimentary fruits, basic toiletries.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night as a change of scene and a chance to have a wander around Birmingham. Blown away by how nice everything looks inside and the friendly/professional staff. The executive room we'd booked was clean, quiet, comfortable and well presented, so no complaints there either! The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 was the underwhelming breakfast (surprising given how fancy the restaurant was) and the awkward/poorly marked parking. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to people.

Great hotel. Stayed Few times rooms are brilliant. Breakfast nice too. Right next to bull ring so close to shops and easy to get a taxi to broad Street or mailbox. Staff very friendly and helpful.
