This is the most dishonest store i have ever been to. They completely ruined my bridal experience. I ordered 7 outfits including my bridal dress and everything single item was made completely wrong. They took the money and refused refunds even when we did not take the items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH REGRET AT HAVING GONE TO THIS STORE AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE

The good: I loved the designs I found at Zari and found the prices reasonable. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful to begin with

Bad: Ordered my made to measure bridal outfit. They said they would call when it arrived. They didn't call either of the numbers I left with them and it was only when I called them that they told me it had arrived. Told to come in for 11am for fitting. Shop didn't open till half past 11. "Made to measure" blouse was so badly fitting that I couldn't get it over my head. The bust area on the blouse was sewn too high and the waist area was too large. The onsite tailor said she could fix it, but after many times trying the blouse on even the zip broke. They would not listen when I said I was not happy with the fitting, they said it was the measurements I gave. They then said it was language barrier with the tailor in India. Well get a better tailor then! After comparing with the sample outfit in the shop we convinced the staff that the blouse WAS sewn wrong. Also, the design on my outfit was significantly different to the outfit that I chose to begin with. After all this, the staff said there was nothing they could do but get a new blouse sewn. They made it seem like they were doing me a favour by fixing something that was their fault. They said it would only take 1 week for a new blouse, I said I would come back in two weeks, Asked them to call me when it arrived. They didn't call. When I called a few days before I was supposed to pick it up they said it hadn't arrived yet. So much for "1 week"! When I came to pick it up the tailor wasn't there and the blouse didn't fit again. They said we would have to come back in 4 hours to get the tailor to work on it! ridiculous! In the end they called a tailor from a nearby shop. I do not know what kind of cheap zips they use at zari, but it would not zip up and then the zip broke! Finally got it fixed and the left the shop with outfit. Will not be returning. It's annoying how you can spend so much money on a made to measure service and have such a horrible experience.

Overall, an experience that should have been enjoyable was a nightmare. I was always chasing them up about my outfit and they never called when they promised. When there was an issue, they made it out like it was my fault and they were doing me favour by fixing it. Also make sure you take pictures of the outfit you choose in the shop, as what you get might be completely different.

I appreciate some things are out of their control but when I'm in tears trying to explain that the blouse fits so badly that I'd be ashamed to wear it, the reply "this is how you wanted it" is not the right answer

This is a new shop at soho road, they are having good designs and different stuff then others in the market. I been through each and every shop of soho road and found them very reasonable. I ordered a saree with lots of variation and was promised to get the same in four weeks time but surprisingly got a ring today morning just after two and half weeks of order that my saree is ready and when i went to collect it, it was better than what I thought...Great service and highly recommended. Will order again for sure..Thankyou.
