Brought my wife some anklets got home and hook was missing, sent my sister back to exchange, however girl working there stated they sold them for the wrong price to begin with and were supposed to be £15 each rather than for a pair, they refused to replace this for the same price and asked for an additional £15!!! complete fault of shop workers... asked them to put a hook on and they said they couldnt do so... miss sold goods, and then asking for additional money... girl was really rude at the store and was muttering things under her breath... was being argumentative and service was poor and her answer when i went in myself after that she had dealt with this same issue before and "sorted" the "lady" out (sister) who same before hand.. appauling service, unfriendly staff!!!! be careful with what you purchase as they refuse to take responsibility!!!!!!!!!!
