I bought an item from them and the sales person was very chatty and nice, the next day I went back as I changed my mind about the item, the same sales person served me and said they don't do refund which I was shocked about. He kept saying that he has told me the day before which he didn't!!! I'm sure of it. So I kept the item anyway but be careful shopping there as you will not get a refund if you change your mind. Not great customer service when it comes to a brand like Armani!! I know it's not actual Armani but it's still a representative of the brand!
