*Edit* Was refunded with two free kebabs several days later *edit*

The food is good, have ate from here countless times over the years, but ordered food tonight 1hour 15minutes later it arrives freezing.

Also ordered for the salad to be separate, the kebab came with no salad whatsoever.

Tried to ring but ofcource the shop is closed by the time my food arrives.

Will be ringing tomorrow, and edit this review pending their reply.

I was standing waiting to be served for a good 20 minutes and the person behind me was greeted first! Immediately walked out, appalling service.

Large kebab at £6.80 which I presumed would be large and fill me up, well there's more meat in a vegetarian meal!! Need to up the portion size as for the price it is a very poor offering compared to other outlets!

My wife and I were driving round looking something different to eat and we drove past the cregagh roundabout. I couldn't believe my eyes seeing the pharoah was just off the roundabout. It used to be the best steak kebabs about, when I was growing up but I thought the franchise was finished.

We went in and i seen the big steak kebab on the skewer on the top of the work surface and i thought id struck gold. We ordered our meal. I got the steak kebab and chips and my wife is ordered a chicken fillet burger with chips.

We got home and I couldn't wait to see if it tasted just like the old times with their special recipe house sauce.

When I opened it up I was very disappointed by the extremely small portion of meat inside the pita. but once i bit into it and it was amazing, just tasted like it used to including the special sauce.
Then I opened my chips to eat with my kebab and to my disappointment they were pretty much all burnt to a crisp.
Considering it cost a few pence short of £14, it was nowhere near value for money!

As much as I thoroughly enjoyed the kebab I won't be rushing back any time soon. Well not until they put more meat thier kebabs and not burn the chips to a crisp.

A few small changes and I would consider going back definitely but not until then.

Their kebab might be not the best one in the city but I highly recommend their burgers. American and Pharaoh burgers are just brilliant.
